The first Yakult factory in Indonesia was established in 1990 on Jl. Kiwi, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta. On April 1, 1997, the Yakult factory was relocated to the Indolakto area, Pasawahan Village, Cicurug, Sukabumi, West Java. The factory is located at the foot of Mount Halimun Salak, with proven water quality and quantity, and is free from pollution.
